He cleaned carpets, couches, bar stools and more and got every spot out. We have 3 large dogs that track in a lot of dirt and everything looks brand new! He took his time and really cared about every little detail. Definitely the best my carpets and couches have ever looked! My mom's dog had been using the bathroom in certain areas in various rooms (she's old) and the house was smelling awful. John came in, identified the problem and provided a very reasonable quote. He got the job done (NO ODOR ANYMORE!), my mom gets to keep her rugs, and John was just so kind and communicative. I want to point out as well - we walked all around the house and he was very honest as to what carpets needed to be done and which didn't.
